PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Adobe Typekit
The script code “Adobe Typekit” from Adobe Systems Incorporated 345 Park Avenue San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (hereinafter: Adobe) is integrated on this website. This serves to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balance of interests, in a uniform presentation of the content on our website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In this context, a connection is established between the browser you are using and the Adobe servers. As a result, Adobe gains knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
Adobe is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. As a result of this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined an appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

YouTube
This site uses the YouTube embedding feature to display and play videos from “YouTube”, which is owned by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

In this case, the extended privacy mode is used, which according to the provider information will start storing user information only when playing the video. When the playback of embedded YouTube videos starts, the provider “YouTube” uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to “YouTube” hints, these are used, among other things, to capture video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish such an assignment with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even of users not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. According to Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, such an evaluation is based on the legitimate interests of Google in the display of personalized advertising, market research and/or tailor-made design of its website. You have a right to object to the creation of those user profiles, and you must address to YouTube to use it.

Vimeo
We embed Vimeo videos on some of our websites. These plug-ins are operated by Vimeo Inc., Attention: Legal Department, 555 West 18th Street New York, New York 10011, USA. When you access a web page with the Vimeo plug-in and click the video, you will be connected to Vimeo’s servers. When this happens, Vimeo receives information on the sites you are visiting. If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, Vimeo will be able to trace your surfing behaviour. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account beforehand.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
