Internship at P3
For nearly two decades, P3 has developed performance practitioners who have gone on to work across the NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA programs, international sport organizations, and leading sports medicine institutions.
Our internship program is designed for individuals serious about building careers in elite performance environments. Interns at P3 do not simply observe — they participate in the coaching, data collection, analysis, and decision-making processes that support real athletes and real outcomes.
This is an opportunity to learn how assessment, biomechanics, and training intersect in practice, alongside experienced coaches and practitioners working in high-performance sport.
