History

“After competing in the 2004 Olympics I decided to stop training and return to school.  During my two years away from cycling, I realized that I wanted back in. It was at this time that I contacted P3.  Dr. Elliott's scientific methods have helped me produce more power than ever before, and have also strengthened my reaction and timing.  These improvements are what helped win a National title at the 2006 US National Track Cycling Championships.  On a personal level, he is enthusiastic and passionate about what he does. His knowledge and commitment to excellence makes training at P3 a wonderful experience. I feel very privileged to be part of the P3 team who helped me successfully pursue my quest of a second Olympic Games performance in 2008.”
